Seemingly out of nowhere, Lil Asian Thiccie burst out into the music scene hitting the ground running, after her breakout single ‘Hiao’ with Nyonya Business garnered thousands of plays on Soundcloud, which subsequently got her on 16 Baris, and then a collaboration with Zamaera on another summer banger, ‘Get Munni.’ We caught up with her to talk about how she started out rapping, why she doesn’t like sleep, some of her favourite animes (K-On), and her future plans in her career.
