If you would like to bring your typographic work to a higher notch or you are just simply a newbie in drawing lettering, this is a workshop you should not miss. TypoKaki has the honour to invite James Edmondson, an experienced lettering artist and type designer that graduated from TypeMedia program at The Royal Academy of Art in The Hague, Netherlands. He was named among Print Magazine’s New Visual Artists in 2013, and Typographica included his creation, Mission Script on their list of Typefaces of 2012. James was also host to various international typographic workshops including AIGA Raleigh.
In this workshop, he is more than happy to show you his path to get there. You will learn how to plan and design a set of solid lettering composition inspired by plants. Participants need to have the basic requirements to participate in this workshop such as basic drawing and design skills and also have Adobe Illustrator Software installed in their laptops.
