As many of you know, the guys from Major Drop held their first ever photography contest called #MAJORSHOTS. It all started about a month ago with a simple call to action asking photographers to submit their portfolio by hashtagging #MAJORSHOTS on Instagram of their best 5 streetwear shots. After a week of submission, there were over a hundred participants and out of those numbers, only 5 were selected for the finals.
For the finals, the rules were simple, each one will draw a random brand that is available from the Major Drop store, and after drawing will be handed 3 items from each brand selected. Each photographer is then required to shoot and produce 3 photos each item. The photos will then be submitted back to be judged by a panel of judges consisting of Ridduan “TTFGA” Ismail, street fashion photographer, Arthur Loh, co-founder of Major Drop and a photographer himself, and lastly our very own Editor-In-Chief, Bryan Chin.
