You’ve had stainless steel, and pure gold. Now get ready fora Casio watch clad in titanium, because why the hell not.

Donned in the same colour as the original, the GMW-B5000TB essentially replaces all external components with titanium, increasing comfort on the wrist by shaving off a monumental 57 grams off of the total weight. The watch also features a screw back case for a tight seal, black frame with gold lettering and lines as a homage to the first ever G-Shock, the DW-5000C-1B.

Diamond-like Carbon coating is also applied onto the exterior to significantly increase scratch resistance, while the glass is made out of sapphire. A STN-LCD display is used for superior viewing angles to enhance readability. The watch also comes with smartphone connectivity to adjust time and configure world time, straight from the phone in case its too difficult to adjust on the watch.

The price for all this? The GMW-B5000TB drops for a price of RM 5999 and is available to purchase at major G-Shock outlets, LUMITIME, SK Time, Swee Cheong, TWG, and Tokyo Time.
