Uniqlo is continuing the successful collaboration with Marimekko once again! For its Spring/Summer 2020, Uniqlo looks at the Finish way of spending the summer with bold and vibrant prints and colors which brings fun to LifeWear.
“We are honored to partner with UNIQLO again on this new summery collection that builds on the strengths of both brands: Marimekko’s empowering aesthetic renowned for its art of printmaking and UNIQLO’s high-quality, functional and affordable LifeWear made for all,” says Tiina Alahuhta-Kasko, President and CEO of Marimekko.
The collection focuses on feeling relaxed and calm with signature V-neck maxi dresses and shirt styles that can go really well with pants, skirts or even shorts, with all of them covered in fun and bright prints from Marimekko. With plain bottoms, you can create countless amazing styled looks in comfortable fabrics such as linen blend, cotton and jersey. With the tiny new versions of Pocketable Parkas, stay dry during the light summer rains!
New items for women this season are printed boxy T-shirts and tunics. There are also jersey dresses and shorts for girls, leggings for active toddlers. Two-piece bodysuits make ideal gifts for newborn children.
There are fun summer essential accessories such as paper hats, paper tote bags, espadrille, and scarves. Hats and bags featuring raffia-like finishes go along well with the apparel perfectly. Large linen-blend scarves serve also as short overgarments.
The collection price range for the clothing starts from RM129 and goes up to RM299, the accessories are between RM79- RM129 and the children and baby clothing are priced between RM24.90 – RM59.
