Hype Clothing Co. has unleashed the “Unforgotten” collection for its Fall ’16 release, in time to celebrate the quadrennial Olympics’ game. The collection is a tribute to the Olympian-turned-soldier athletes during a cancelled game back in the 1940s when WWII commenced, showcasing a darker take on sportswear.
Prison bars are reimagined with the use of stripes and a colour palette of black, baby blue, royal blue and white. Focusing on vintage Track & Field’s uniform details, the collection placed some innovated retro detailing on its windbreaker, ribbed cuff- button down, tank top and shorts amongst the tees, polo tee, sweatshirt and raglan. The collection also boasts a side of accessories comprising the 5-panel, 6-panel hat and duffle bag.
