For those of you who are well-versed in the high fashion industry, The name JW ANDERSON definitely rings a bell – a British designer who quickly gained fame with his modern interpretation of masculinity and femininity by creating thought-provoking silhouettes through a conscious cross-pollination between menswear and womenswear elements. It was precisely his talents that allowed him to move up the ladder quickly within the industry which eventually led to a minority stake acquisition by LVMH (LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton) & also being the creative director of Loewe, a Spanish fashion house.
It’s not the first time that this British powerhouse has collaborated with fast fashion juggernaut UNIQLO. Upon well received attention from the duo’s collaboration on Fall/Winter 2017, they are now back with a stylish yet affordable Spring/Summer 2018 collection which takes inspiration from the British nautical vibes, as seen with the denim Fishermen Bucket Hats, Nautical Stripes Tees & classic nautical chino colourways. Affordable & stylish, it is now available at most UNIQLO stores within Malaysia.
