Quaint Habits “Apologies to the Digital” is another campaign from Almost Quaint and Film Habits. The aim of this campaign is to prompt people into rediscovering the beauty of old school film photography in spite of the ubiquity of digital cameras.
Beyond that, the campaign also wants to remind people of the history of film photography… and “that film is not dead”, which is a phrase that gives off a vibe similar to punk rock quotes like “Punk’s Not Dead”. In any case, DLSRs are overrated, so this campaign is a nice reminder that retro vibes and old school tech still have a place in the modern day.
