Welcome this week’s Bae to watch Aisha Dalila, entitled as Supreme Queen based off her huge staple Supreme collection like no other – which has been featured on Hypebeast several times. Originally from Kuala Lumpur, she is currently pursuing her final year in Bachelor in Information Technology (IT) at The University of Queensland, Australia. Yes, she’s a self-proclaim big nerd and she’s proud of it. Through her Instagram feed of 22.6k followers and counting, it’s rather obvious of her obsession in streetwear especially when it revolves around Supreme and Yeezys.
She photographs her travel lifestyle. Traveling is her therapy.
I believe in the motto ‘Work hard, play hard’. So during every semester break I’d travel a certain country. I’ve traveled around Asia but my favourite country is Japan. I’m looking forward in traveling to Europe and UK after I graduate this year!
Fun fact, she even does coding.
Her dive into the street culture started in Japan. That’s when she first fell in love with sneakers and specifically Supreme. She didn’t realise the hype until her Supreme collection photographs were being featured on Hypebeast.
As far as her Yeezys and NMDs collection goes, on certain occasions Moon Rocks and Belugas is her usual pick.
She doesn’t commit to the reselling idea. Every pair has a sentimental value to it, she said.
For her go-to outfit, she throws on a Supreme box logo hoodie, Supreme denim trucker jacket, Palace pants, Off-White socks and Adidas Yeezy as a cherry on top.
Her utmost favourite brands are Supreme, Palace, Off-White, Vetements, BAPE and Fragments. She’s looking forward to cop the soon to be released Off-White’s collaboration with Nike.
Why Supreme? Simply because she digs the minimal box logo design. She collects them like collecting stamps.
When ask her thoughts on women embracing the street culture, she excitedly encourage for women to continue styling whatever they want.
Having an identity is important – and if streetwear is the way to go, then I say, you go girl!
