Art Toy pioneer Michael Lau founded the Gardener series since 1999. Started from Hong Kong to Paris, Japan to L.A. and many other key
cities around the world, Michael has been travelling with his Gardener culture and has since brought a phenomenal influence on art toy that reflects and affects the popular culture and street scene for more than 18 years with the 119 characters created so far.
This time round, Gardener is teaming up with Carhartt WIP in 2017 for a collectible collaboration titled GARDENER SAYSWORK IS OVER! by Carhartt WIP. The character’s name is WORKMAXX, and the vinyl toy features an American styled worker draped in classic Carhartt workwear, with fine Carhartt branding and detailing throughout the clothing pieces worn by the toy.
The WORKMAXX is now available exclusively at Cover by Crossover and will be retailing at RM1999 and only limited to 20 pieces in Malaysia.
