One of the last Monday Juice tracks before the series bids farewell, “Compass” is a hypnotic harmony of electronic beats and breathless vocals condensed into a 3 minute short.
Behind the song nests a moral story to always search for something new, to journey on to chase your dreams. Perhaps “Compass” is a way for Darren to explain that he is ending Monday Juice to pursue new sounds and experience a different musical journey? Only time will tell.
