To celebrate the conclusion of the Skywalker saga, Walt Disney Malaysia has collaborated with rappers SonaOne and Alif to drop a Star Wars inspired track titled ‘Rise,’ depicting the final battle for freedom, reflecting the movie as both protagonist and antagonist battle to face their true enemy.
The song follows a successful formula that has both SonaOne’s and Alif’s signatures all over it, a fitting power duo for the biggest fight of their lives.
“Never in a million years would we have thought our love for Hip Hop and Star Wars could come together in the most perfect way imaginable. We feel honoured to be a part of this, and as Star Wars fanatics ourselves, we hope to connect with all you other fans and celebrate the end of the saga in the ‘littest’ way possible.
