Moving up to the north. Post-rock quartet from Ipoh, The Electric Ape In Stereo just released a single entitled “A Moment to Remember”, off their upcoming debut EP; “We Come In Peace”. The single and the rest of the songs in the EP were recorded at Dysmedia Production, engineered by Muhammad Yazid Yahya. The single can be described as a melodic trip through post-rock soundscapes filled shoegaze and ambient atmosphere. It has the usual post-rock beginning with slow and patient build-up as the mood gradually increases with gloomy-esque guitars.
