Taking aesthetic cues from the movie Blue Velvet, this pair of shoes bearing PUMA’s Blaze of Glory silhouette is the first release of the PUMA and Crossover product collaboration called the Velvet Twin Pack. The shoe, ‘Roses’, is inspired by the film’s opening scene of a white picket fence with a clear blue sky and red roses as its backdrop. The shoe is given a grey and black build with hyper red contrast to mirror the opening scene. Sitting atop of a Trinomic sole, minimal branding accents can be seen on tongue, insole, lace tip and heel tab. They also come with 2 extra laces for personal preference.
