Following from a successful array of collaborations with the Japanese casual wear brand that explored a variety of adidas archive classics, this time the collaborative project turns its attentions to adidas’ contemporary output by applying Bedwin’s distinctive sartorial touch to a capsule of modern 3-stripes silhouettes.
In this collection, two pared-back iterations of adidas Originals’ ultra-successful NMD silhouette apply the same understated aesthetic to a truly progressive footwear model in silver and black, utilising the same stripe motif across a sock fit upper with a tonal heel-unit, black 3-stripes marks and white contrast details including a joint branded tongue tag. Departing somewhat from the heritage-inspired offerings of previous Bedwin and adidas Originals collections, this latest collaboration cements the relationship between the two brands, championing Bedwin’s keen eye for universal style elements whilst demonstrating the versatility and innovation of adidas Originals’ latest product.
