The Air Jordan 1 is getting reworked as the Jordan brand plans to make more headway by introducing more “hybrid” designs in the months to come. The first 2 releases of that kind would be the Air Jordan 1 Retro ’95 “Bred” & “Concord” colorways which is a cross breed between the AJ1 and the AJ11.
Staying true to the AJ11’s characteristics, the toe box and toe cap receives the iconic black patent leather treatment. Other parts also receives similar AJ11 treatment like the number ’23’ at the back collar and the wings logo getting the checkerboard graphic treatment which represents the carbon fiber shank plate found on the Aj11. To complete the look is the translucent red and icy sole respectively.
The 2 pairs drops tomorrow (5th of October) at selected retailers nationwide. Who here is digging into the hybrid look?
