Get ready for a blast to the past with the new Converse AEROJAM “Home” colorway. Made popular by Larry Johnson’s “Grandmama” marketing campaign back in the 90s. The AEROJAM is said to be one of the brand’s most iconic basketball sneaker which features bold silhouette and a distinct look that is very hard to miss. The AEROJAM “Home” is a nostalgic trip back to the 90s when the Charlotte Hornets was perceived by many to be the team of the future, not just because of the players on the roster, but also because of the team’s futuristic colorways.
Oversized tongues, removable and a reversible lace shrouds, complex color blocking make it a unique model that was very coveted back in the day. Taking most of the color code from the Charlotte Hornets, the shoe is accented with teal and purple on a white base which is finished off nicely with some classic looking perforations.
