We know today is Air Max Day, and yes we know everyone is raving about Air Maxs, but we thought we should shift our attention slightly to something less heated, but still dope nonetheless. Today, we take a look at Converse’s March 2014 Auckland Racer.
Converse is serious about making a comeback for their Auckland Racer running shoe. The brand, who is better known for restyling their classics, than innovating, now seems to be doing both at the same time. The shoe is seen covered in canvas material throughout the whole structure that features a zig-zag type design. Converse has done a good job in upgrading the materials used on the pair while still maintaining it’s original look. This pair has the look and feel of the Converse x Missoni Auckland Racer that was released last year just that it comes in a less loud colorway, and with a cheaper price tag of course.
