Before we begin, there is a little bit of a story to the D/MS/X line of shoes, more specifically, the name. Prior to Blue Ribbon Sports being called Nike as we now know and love, Mark Parker actually tabled another name that we think would have changed the direction completely if Nike wasn’t chosen.

Dimension Six was the name that Mark came up with, and the name has been resurrected in a new line of experimental silhouettes, a gateway of some sorts that presents a mix of different silhouettes, viewed from the lens of an alternate reality.

The shoe is also a launchpad for Nike’s latest tech, dubbed the N110 Flyknit – evoking comic like texture and tones with angry reds above vibrant blue weaves. Plenty a mixture of various models, taking notes of the Presto, mixed with a little bit of the Air Max 180.

The open knit is very reminiscent of a Carnage symbiote that is nothing like anything else in the product line. Coupled that with a tall foam base with a small torsion system in the middle with a dropped collar allows for a very futuristic racer like silhouette.

The Nike D/MS/X launches on Nike.com with a price of approximately RM 660.
