Probably the best looking signature shoe yet
Oklahoma City Thunder’s engine Russell Westbrook receives an update to his signature shoe, in the form of the Why Not Zer0.2, a no frills, technical supercharger that complements his explosive style of basketball on the courts. During the design process, Westbrook decided to steer away from more popular models, instead opting for maximum performance, which resulted in what has to be one of the best looking signature shoes available right now.
The upper takes a deconstructed form to it, with exposed stitching combining many types of materials into one upper. Performance enhancers include a 2-piece midsole with an exposed midfoot plate, a midfoot strap, and double-layered heel reinforced with TPU for additional support and stability. While the colour is fairly reminiscent to the ‘What The’ line of shoes, the multitude of colours represents all the teams that he has played for, and becomes the debut colourway for a very technical model.
The Jordan Why Not Zer0.2 launches on the 5th of January for RM 495 at Nike.com.
