No matter how you look at it, this iteration of the Tailwind 79′ is the cleanest looking yet.
Part of the “Strangers Things” collaboration, the 2nd half of the capsule called the “OG Pack” places its focus on an All-American approach, most notably with the year 1985 stamped on the heel. Other details include co-branding on the tongue and insole, as well as including a few badges into the mix, much like the “Hawkins High Pack,”
Apart from the extras and details on the shoe, we have to talk about the colours. I mean just look at it. I don’t think I have to say anything much to add to this, or justify just how well it fits in the era while also celebrating the American National Day. It’s probably the most era specific throwback you can find on the market today.
We don’t know whether the rest of the pack will release alongside the Tailwind 79′, but we’ll update this article as it goes along.
