Quirky shoes are back in again, and in this Spring Summer 2020 showcase, SUICOKE has partnered up with VIBRAM to present a FIVEFINGERS collaboration as part of the brand’s SS20 offerings.
SUICOKE aesthetics are married to VIBRAM’s foot technology, enabling a versatile, minimalist footwear solution that function over form. 3D Cocoon Mesh makes up the upper to offer protection from sharp objects by dispersing the force of the impact and absorbed by the mesh. The specialised sole pattern also provides stability, and traction of its sandals with guaranteed longevity. As the shoe is designed with individual toe pockets (hence the name), this is a shoe that gives you maximum barefoot feel with maximum protection in the outdoors.
There are two cut types, one being the high-cut and short-cut, each featured with 3 different colours wiht the high cut going for approximately RM 1000, and the low cut priced at RM 957.
However, if you are more inclined to SUICOKE’s more traditional offerings, all models come in bright and new colourways while still retaining the qualities that SUICOKE is known for, such as the strap-tightening system, anti-bacterial EVA footbed, and thick cuts for better shock absorption. And in the hot, humid Malaysian weather, good sandals should not go amiss.
