With Triple AI Camera and new Realme UI update

Fresh after releasing two new products back in January, the Realme Buds Air, and the Realme 5i, the company is back at it again with a new addition to their C series smartphone line-up. The Realme C3 has been officially launched by the Shenzen-based company, making it the first-ever smartphone in Malaysia with MediaTek Helio G70 processor.
“This is the first model in its price segment to be featuring the world’s first MediaTek Helio G70 processor which ensures powerful and speedy performance for both mainstream users as well as gamers”, said Tiffany The, Brand Manager of Realme Malaysia.
Featuring a Triple AI Camera setup with 12MP+2MP+2MP, the whole rear camera features an F1.8 large aperture and a large 1.25-micrometre pixel size with 4X zoom and PDAF autofocus. This allows for clear pictures in daylight while still maintaining bright pictures in low light and dark environments. Also, new features such as The Chroma Boost (pixel-level mapping, better dynamic range, etc.), portrait mode, slow-motion video recording, automatic HDR mode, and a 5MP selfie camera.
The C3 is considered Best-in-Class in terms of performance, as the MediaTek Helio G70 processor present in the phone is the best in its segment and has a MediaTek Gaming technology that optimizes network latency. The eight-core 12nm processor clocks up to 2.0 GHz, the fastest and latest in its category.
The new smartphone also boasts a massive battery boost of 5000 mAH, allowing hours upon hours of non-stop entertainment. Also, the smartphone also supports reverse charging, which essentially turns it into a power bank for other devices to charge from.
Another special addition for the new model is Realme’s first-ever UI build-in based on Android 10. This is the first Realme smartphone to be launched with its own UI.
Among other notable features added to the C3 are ultra-fast fingerprint unlocking, facial recognition, customizable icons, Focus Mode, Dual Mode Music Share, three-finger screenshot gesture, and enhanced personal information protection.
Realme C3 launches at a price of RM499.00 and will come in two colours, Blazing Red and Frozen Blue.
The first online sale was launched on Shopee, starting from the 3rd of March 2020, 6 PM onwards. First day buyers of the first online day sale will get a 6 months extended warranty. Click here for the link to the store page.
