The BaeWatch Series: @aisha.exe

Welcome this week’s Bae to watch Aisha Dalila, entitled as Supreme Queen based off her huge staple Supreme collection like no other – which has been featured on Hypebeast several times. Originally from Kuala Lumpur, she is currently pursuing her final year in Bachelor in Information Technology (IT) at The University of Queensland, Australia. Yes, she’s a self-proclaim big nerd and she’s proud of it. Through her Instagram feed of 22.6k followers and counting, it’s rather obvious of her obsession in streetwear especially when it revolves around Supreme and Yeezys.

She photographs her travel lifestyle. Traveling is her therapy.

I believe in the motto ‘Work hard, play hard’. So during every semester break I’d travel a certain country. I’ve traveled around Asia but my favourite country is Japan. I’m looking forward in traveling to Europe and UK after I graduate this year!

Fun fact, she even does coding.

Her dive into the street culture started in Japan. That’s when she first fell in love with sneakers and specifically Supreme. She didn’t realise the hype until her Supreme collection photographs were being featured on Hypebeast.

As far as her Yeezys and NMDs collection goes, on certain occasions Moon Rocks and Belugas is her usual pick.

She doesn’t commit to the reselling idea. Every pair has a sentimental value to it, she said.

For her go-to outfit, she throws on a Supreme box logo hoodie, Supreme denim trucker jacket, Palace pants, Off-White socks and Adidas Yeezy as a cherry on top.

Her utmost favourite brands are Supreme, Palace, Off-White, Vetements, BAPE and Fragments. She’s looking forward to cop the soon to be released Off-White’s collaboration with Nike.

Why Supreme? Simply because she digs the minimal box logo design. She collects them like collecting stamps.

When ask her thoughts on women embracing the street culture, she excitedly encourage for women to continue styling whatever they want.

Having an identity is important – and if streetwear is the way to go, then I say, you go girl!

Against Infinity Release A New Brutal Single Tittle “Unworthy”

Homegrown metal band Against Infinity is back with another brutal yet fiery track titled “Unworthy”. After releasing a cover version of Chemistry, originally performed by local Malaysian band legend, Butterfingers and a mellow-ambient track, “Kau Jiwaku”, finally Against Infinity has shown their true colours with this track.

Here’s a little background on the message behind the songs:

From what know “Unworthy” speaks about life and the vast unexplored universe, questioning existence and self-doubts. No matter who you are, a believer or a non-believer, you might have wondered why everything was created in the first place.

It’s amazing that our minds can come up with these questions but the answers are hard to find. For the believers, too many unanswered questions might shatter the beliefs you have been holding on to all these years. These doubts and questions could drive you insane. However, the more you know, the more you realize how ignorant you were before, which brings you to acknowledge your sins and wrong doings. Still, The Almighty (for the believers), continues to bless you with His grace, which you often take for granted. But when you do realize your blessings, you may be overwhelmed with the feelings of shame and unworthiness.

In the end, those who choose to keep the faith would carry on to be better, to serve their purpose to the Creator.”

Go ahead and listen to Against Infinity newest single title “Unworthy” on the above!
