TTFGA a.k.a “Tukang Tangkap Foto Gembira Anda” is a local street style photographer who is also one of the invited guest of the AF1 Theory Contest. In this interview he shared with us how he implement his personality as a street photographer into the Nike Air Force One Shoe.

Do you grow up in the 90s and love basketball? If yes, there’s a good news for you and you’d definitely know what sneaker model this is. Nike’s bringing back the Nike Air Flight Lite! Scottie Pippen was wearing the shoe during the Bull’s first championship, and when he was a member of 1992 Member Team. Known as the “Cool Grey” edition, this pair is covered in cool grey, white and pure platinum colourway. The shoe features a cool grey-based nubuck upper with white and platinum accents. It’s finished off with a white midsole along with a grey and icy blue translucent outsole.

Nike continues to deliver another new colourway – “Summit White/Black-Dark Dune” for the Air Max 1 Essential silhouette. The shoe features an upper with the combination of Summit White/Black- Dark Dune leather and textile for style and durability. The shoe is finished off with a Nike Air cushioning for comfort and a rubber outsole with Waffle pattern for traction and durability.

Nike Roshe Run is definitely one of the most popular silhouette right now, and Nike is always trying to keep things fresh with the new technologies and colourways for the silhouette. Here we find the Nike Roshe Run NM (Natural Motion) covered with a Heritage Blue mesh throughout the panel, alongside with the Hyper Cobalt coloured forefoot and rear. The shoe is finished off with a speckled midsole that enhances the aesthetics and elevates the free-range movement which ensures proper footing, stability and comfort.

My name is Wes, I have been skating for 18 years, since I was 6 years old. I was born in Japan, so that makes me somewhat Asian.
My dad had a job offer in Tokyo, so my parents shifted there and they were living there for about 2 years before I came about. The first 10 months of my life was spent in Japan, and after that it was San Diego all the way.
HAHAHA! I’m still trying to maintain “normal” Wes Kremer, you know? HAHAHA! But of coz when you deal with major companies they will try to make you into something you are not, but whatever. Personally I just wanna spread the word of skateboarding. I love meeting new people, going to new places, and seeing how everyone is so excited and hyped on skating is just a very nice experienced. So to me, the process just involves, literally, just hanging out with my mates and just skating. It’s been pretty much the same all the while.
Honestly………. I don’t know. LOL! But I guess I got more attention after the TransWorld video came out. I go to the skatepark and people would come up to me and say “the transworld video is dope!”
I got this advice from my parents, and it has been the golden rule ever since, “treat everyone how you want to be treated. “
I would probably be in space. That was the first thing that came to my mind. I wanna be on the moon.
Just keep skating. And don’t get too caught up with getting sponsored, or winning competitions, or getting known. Yeah that is all cool, but don’t lose track of why you started skating in the first place. Do it for the love of it. If one day you wake up you don’t feel like skating anymore, go and do something else. Just remember that skateboarding is not the only thing in the world.

A lot went down last weekend. Shoe customization clinic, store launching, gigs, concerts, someone got married and your hamster gave birth to more hamsters. Kelvin from Tattoo Family is a tattoo artist since 2004, besides doing tattoo, he does painting as well. He has never done anything tattoo on a shoe before, and it’s not something easy that you’d think of. In this video, Kelvin shares his idea about his #AF1THEORY shoe customization project and what inspired him to do that.
