Vans teams up with British design house Eley Kishimoto, a brand known for its bold, vibrant prints, to launch a collection of wearable art with Vans footwear, apparel and accessories as the canvas to these imaginative designs. 
Mark Eley and Wakako Kishimoto, husband and wife design duo, founded Eley Kishimoto together in 1992 living by the maxim Print the World. Working alongside Vans’ design team, Eley Kishimoto applied two of their archive designs across the collection and introduces three exclusive prints, designed especially for Vans. 
Utilizing their signature graphic print aesthetic, Eley Kishimoto reinterprets the quintessential Vans Waffle Sole and Checkerboard pattern to create footwear prints exclusively for Vans. The Vans x Eley Kishimoto collection prices range from RM40 – RM269 for accessories, RM159 – RM499 for apparels and RM229 – RM299 for shoes.

Wakai has introduced a special collection with Liberty London art fabric. Believing that art is a liberty of each soul, Wakai gets the privilege to liberate its artistry through several artsy silhouette. Retailing for RM239, the Wakai x Liberty collection is available at all Wakai stores throughout Klang Valley, Penang, and Melaka.
RECAP: Stussy x SHOWROOM “Skate-Man” Launch Party
History has been made. A collaborative T-shirt between Kuala Lumpur-based skateboarding-core store, SHOWROOM and the world’s famous Stussy; “Skate-Man” was successfully launched yesterday. With more than 10 years in the industry, SHOWROOM has been the official retailer for Stussy and other prominent streetwear brands as well. Apart from the T-shirt launch, there was also The Great Wall Campaign – a graffiti art installation by Kenji Chai and Pheax where audiences for the night had the chance to see how graffiti was made, live and up-close, a Skate Ramp Jam Open, and also performances by the so-so fresh DJ Nesh and genius Jin Hackman.

Against The Current: Gravity World Tour
Against The Current is female fronted (@ChrissyCostanza) pop-rock band from New York, formed in 2011. The group quickly gained momentum and popularity by posting videos on their YouTube channel, which currently boasts more than 1 million subscribers. London-based trance heroes; Above & Beyond is set for a comeback here in Kuala Lumpur. Above & Beyond will be performing at KL Live on the 18th of September 2015 as part of their “We Are All We Need” tour, brought to you by Future Sound Asia.
