RECAP: SOLECONY @ Sole What One Utama

Exactly a week ago, Saucony Originals Malaysia organized their first ever event which was hosted by the good guys of Sole What. The event was somewhat a throwback to the good ol’ retro days of the 80s. The highlight of the event was the 1st ever Saucony Originals Malaysia Ping Pong Tournament, which fortunately enough is won by Team MASSES (YAY!). Unfortunately, you win some and you lose some. We won the ping pong tournament but lose out in the shoe design competition which was won by Mutha Puaka who came out on top with 47 votes.

Check the video above and the pictures below for the rest of the details of what went down that day.

merayau : Goodfellas KL

Longing for new shoes? This might be the place to go. It has been quite a while since we got out of our Google-like office and this time around in merayau, we managed to visit Goodfellas KL and talk to Azuwan, the co-owner of the sneaker consignment/streetwear store in TTDI. You might know Azuwan from KLKiX or his previous venture, 17 Gallery which is also a sneaker consignment store. Azuwan setup Goodfellas KL with his old friends with the urge of implementing what he couldn’t implement before.

The watery habitat of the mythical creature is represented by the blue accents found throughout the shoe.
