Don’t you hate it when you have the perfect outerwear but not the right clothes to style with? Or maybe the right combination for the wrong occasion. Yes, it’s normal because no one is born a fashion guru. Therefore, here are a few picks and suggestions to ease your struggle.

The Cropped Party

Have that perfect fitting jacket but don’t like it because it’s too short? Don’t worry, it can still look good! Cropped jackets are perfect for party and looks even better when layered. It’s not always about showing the skin when it comes to party.

The Formal Outer

No, your casual looking jackets are not only for your typical casual day out. Why buy another jacket when you can multipurpose it? Jackets about the length of your hip can look formal when wore the right way, and yes that includes bomber and leather. Style it with your plain shirt or a more minimal looking dress and go for your business meeting.

The Denim Dinner Date

Yes, you can wear your favourite denim outerwear to a fancy dinner date. But make sure you wear it right. You don’t want to look to casual when your date is all dressed up. Just by swiping your usual plain tee and shorts to a formal shirt and your favourite skirt.

The Oversized Casual

You might not be in some mood for a dressy-kinda-day. But you have that oversize outerwear lying around your room. Pick that up, put on your tee, favourite leggings and a pair of sneakers to achieve that casual look.

The Vintage Street

No, the vintage game is not over yet. Remember that 90’s looking jacket you came across to when tidying up your wardrobe? Well, you better hope you had not get rid of it because it’s such an essential piece. Wear that out with a not so eye-catching under layer and get ready to be asked to be snapped for a street style lookbook.
