Air Jordan 4 “Dunk From Above”

Jordan Brand’s “Dunk From Above” Collection is inspired by Mike’s ability to practically soar his way to a slam dunk, and possesses a colourway reminiscent of the colour combinations used by Marquette, Indiana Pacers and all other teams imaginable. Since the Air Jordan 4 was the first Jordan silhouette to feature ‘Flight’ on the tongue, it made for a natural inclusion to the collection.

This Air Jordan 4 predominantly utilises Midnight Navy leather through the upper and Golden Yellow accents on the eyelets, liner and the inside of the tongue to provide the shoe a nice visual pop. They are scheduled for release on March 19, 2016. Seek them out at selected Nike’s retailers such as Hundred%, priced at RM749.

Ménage Multiformity 2016 Collection

Occurring In Or Having Many Forms Or Shapes

As Ménage follow through their first collection of 2016, the definition of the word Multiformity represents an understanding that being part of a family, no matter where we are, equips us with the notion of being one complete entity. Despite coming from various backgrounds, humane similarities will always be present within us. Embodying a sense of modesty, comfort and casual everyday wear vibe, Ménage also encourages their supporters to be a part of them via the simplicity of their #shopandgiveback program, that entails wearing a piece of cloth that signifies a purposeful message: Live, Love and Appreciate.

Apart from that, they’ve also launched two pilot projects; their first ever 30 litre travel backpack and a magazine titled ‘A Simple Start’ whereby 10% of the proceeds are channelled to Teach For Malaysia to help empower our nation through education.

The Big Brother Book

Many of you might not know much about the infamous Big Brother magazine but if you have, you’d know it was the raunchiest, rowdiest magazine to come out of the 1990s. The magazine pretty much featured skateboarding related content, but what is more interesting is that it showcased things that you would never find in any other skateboard mag, or really any self-respecting magazine in general. Constantly at the centre of much-deserved controversy, they would include funny and peculiar life topics like How to Make A Bomb, Prank Calls to Skaters, How To Kill Yourself, How to Make A Fake ID and many other articles you never would have thought you’d find in a skateboarding magazine. The magazine also featured copious amounts of dirty ads which were mostly uncensored, super creative and raw.

Big Brother was originally founded by Steve Rocco in 1992, and it ran independently until 1997 when it was bought out by smut-king Larry Flynt. It continued until 2004 when it eventually was put to rest. Even though it’s been over a decade since the last issue, Big Brother is still remembered fondly by all, including us who are so clearly huge fans of the spirit they brought to skateboarding during their reign.

The Big Brother magazine was recently given new life in book form; now, after months of careful re-assembling and picking of the choicest scatological jokes.

Author Sean Cliver and Big Brother’s former editor Dave Carnie have come together with DC Shoes and Gingko Press to collect its legacy in a 12″ x 12″ hardcover book, featuring all of the stuff you want in a “best of” coffee table book.
