The Kobe 9 was designed by Eric Avar as Kobe Bryant’s most provocative shoe to date, and is the first basketball shoe in the Nike stable to use the Flyknit technology. Although Kobe will not be seeing any gold this NBA season, this pair was definitely designed with that in mind. The pair is graced with trophy tones which are accompanied by a white upper with grey and black details throughout. Have a better angle of the shoe with the pictures below:-

Instagrammer of the Day, Hayyul Inderas born in Kuala Lumpur and is currently residing in Putrajaya started mobile photography in early 2012 using his Samsung Galaxy Note 1. The 28 going 29 in July says that he is inspired by the beauty of Malaysia.

“I’ll shoot anything that catches my eye. For me it is all about passion; cliched but true. Without it I wouldn’t travel all around Malaysia, going to abandoned/haunted houses, walking few hours in some random desert in Malacca, chasing the  fog at 4a.m. and climbing mountains just to get that particular shot,” says Hayyul. To him, Instagram is not a platform to upload just any picture, but to share creativity with fellow Instagrammers and at the same time, make new friends.

“@zooliejoe_gf and @kidho_gf inspired me when I started mobile photography. Zool with his streetstyles shot and kidho with his awesome sunset/sunrise shot,” he adds. He enjoys traveling and capturing new places around malaysia and dreams that he could travel around the world someday.

Italian designer, Andrea Pompilio, took inspiration from music, arts and dance talents who brought the streets of underground neighbourhoods of Los Angeles to live and joined forces with Onitsuka Tiger to bring you a trio of X-Caliber models. The latest Spring/Summer 2014 collection portrays Andrea’s signature feature which are paint-splattered designs accented with vibrant colours. Check out the details below :

Last Saturday, Tiger Translate Malaysia rocked the stage in Kenanga City Mall. With art, live music, a great view, trampolines, food by The Bee as well as Tiger Beer, it was a great night. Attendees were treated to an art installation before stumbling upon a trampoline as well as music and food. There were a number of Tiger Translate art pieces done by Kenji Chai as well as temporary tattoos for the party goers designed by Lynda Chean of Pink Tattoos. The evening started out with a set by Indiego & Co, local DJs, followed by Mad August, also a local band. Soon after, Manic Sheep, an adorable duo, from Taiwan delivered their sweet vibes. Hong Kong’s Chochukmo had the crowd pumped with their music. The second last act, OJ Law, local indie band, made the crowd sing along with their songs. The final act, Editors from UK, ended the night with their amazing beats and vocals.

The Asics GT II has sorta been shadowed by his other family members. While many of the limited edition / collaboration releases have been paying attention to other Asics silhouettes, i.e the Gel Lyte III, over the past recent years, not many have paid attention to the GT II. With that said, Asics presents us with a very strong colorway for the GT II.

While everyone else is coming out with bright colors for the spring and summer season, Asics has decided to throw it back in classic style with a color combination that would be more expected in the Fall / Winter season. The shoe spots a great new suede and mesh look that is pitted with a golden tan contrasting a dark chocolate brown. Red accents on the laces, tongue label, and lining gives a nice finish to the look.

Nike Free Woven 4.0 Black/Volt Detailed Look

The shoe features a unique fully-intertwined upper that sits on top of the latest Nike Free sole to ensure maximum flexibility and comfort.
