The Air Max 90 Gets A Flyknit Makeover

On the 26th of March, 1987, history was made and Nike changed the game. Prolific shoe designer Tinker Hatfield first made the controversial design that exposed the Air cushioning system at the midsole section, something which was considered insane at that time and never done before. That design revolutionized Nike footwear and the way shoe design was perceived. To celebrate that momentous moment, every year on the 26th of March is Air Max Day.

In conjunction with Air Max Day, the fabled Air Max 90 have now evolved with the times and now features an array of technological advanced features to make up the Nike AM90 Ultra 2.0 Flyknit edition. Featuring a lightweight Flyknit which combines areas of stretch and breathability where you need them most for an ultra-comfortable fit to dual-density foam that offers ample cushioning while still being able to reduce the overall weight of the shoe.

This Air Max 90 Ultra 2.0 Flyknit is available at selected Nike retailers such as Hundred%, Crossover Concept Store, Sole What, and JD Sport and will be going for RM709 per pair. Have a better look at the pair by checking out the pictures above.

A-Kid – Ada Awek ft. Senna

A-Kid’s deadpan antics on Instagram (@akidcina) coupled with his side-splitting verse on introductory single, “Apa Lagi Kita Mau” may have drawn him comparisons to 88Rising’s Rich Chigga, but make no mistake: the race-fluid, Bak Kut Teh enthusiast isn’t a one hit wonder. Second single, “Ada Awek” is just as good as, if not better than the song that had put him on.

Backed by some funky, Soulection-esque production, A-Kid waxes lyrical about the different types of women he’s supposedly encountered and he wastes no time – serving up the most non-halal opening lines in Malaysian hip-hop history: “Ada awek yang makan babi, ada awek yang macam babi, ada awek yang jual babi, awek aku makan Cadbury”. Fellow KRZ trapper and Red Bull Blend 2016 finalist, Senna chimes in sporadically with his signature adlibs and then delivers the last verse, using it as an opportunity to slam gold-diggers and namedrop his dream-bae, Siti Khadijah Halim.

The music video, directed by Nabil Hussin features cameo appearances by emerging rapper, Airliftz along with producer of the track, azqbts. And of course, it wouldn’t be complete without some fine-looking girls.

Watch the hilarious “Ada Awek” above and thank us later.
