Looks Like The Air Max 1 OG (Anniversary) Pack Will Be Dropping In Malaysia After All

It’s amazing the kind of stuff you can discover when you’re so lazy to do actual work and go browsing the internet for shoes to buy. One of our readers stumbled upon this find when he was sneaker shopping at work. It was initially reported here that there will be only 3 pairs from the AM Day Celebration Pack that will be coming into Malaysia, and the AM1 OG was not one of it. But looks like Nike was planning to do a secret drop for the pair on Nike.com.

Well technically it still isn’t a Malaysian drop, but I guess these days a digital one can be counted as well.

It says “coming soon” on the site, and we have reached out to Nike to ask when it will be officially on sale, so stay tuned as we will be updating more once we get news of it. In the meantime, if you’re a fan of the AM1 OG, do bookmark this page here.

UPDATE: The official time for the online drop will be 9AM (Malaysian Timing) 4th March 2017. Price per pair is RM559.

Pesawat Takes You One Way Ticket To “Luluh”

After a long break, local indie rock band based in Ampang, Selangor PESAWAT is back and they’ve finally released their latest single for 2017 titled “Luluh. If you’re a fans of their track by the likes of “Mirage”, “Turbulence”, “Bingit”, “Excuse Me”, “Hitam” and many more from the bands previous album “Take Off” then you’ll probably going to love this one. Some of you might probably notice at last year RakuFest where the band played the songs live before it was officially released. From our point of view, their latest track “Luluh” is very different compared to their previous release before where songs are more mellower and yet still maintaining the band vibe to it. We don’t know what people thinks about the band new single but we could say this is just a beginning for the band start things fresh and we might as well wait for the band to release something new in a form of an EP’s or even better an Album.

For more updates regarding about their upcoming release do follow them on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Looks Like ZARA Wants In On The NMD Action

When it was first released back in December 2015, many were sceptical about it and were uncertain about how well the adidas NMD silhouette would do among the sneakerheads. But it turned out to be highly successful. It is without a doubt that the adidas NMD silhouette has taken the world by storm, especially in Malaysia where we see kids lining up for a drop 5 days in advance just to cop a pair. So it would not be weird to see Zara jumping in on the hype.

The fashion brand released a pair that looks very similar to the NMD City Sock silhouette just minus the boost sole. In the description, Zara calls it “a lightweight boot-style sneakers without laces”. The shoe is made out of stretchy material to give it that similarity to the NMD City Sock and it even has a pull-tab at the back. Best part about it is that it only cost RM199.90.

So if you want a cheaper option for a daily beaters, cop a pair here.

“We Don’t Have a Name For This Show….Yet” : Our Legacy X Vans

After all the holidays, and with no more major holidays on the horizon, we finally decided to get off our butts to make another episode of our highly “successful” shoe review show “We Don’t Have A Name For This Show….Yet”. This time we checked out the highly anticipated capsule collection between OUR LEGACY and VANS.

Our Legacy co-founder, Jockum Hallin was heavily inspired by skateboarding and hardcore punk subcultures, something that footwear brand, Vans can relate to easily. These two brand teamed up for a Spring/Summer 2017 collaboration and released a whole capsule collection, to share their common interests and point of view on these subculture.

Watch the video above and let us know what you think about the shoe in the comments below.
