SELUDUP the series

SELUDUP is a 13 episode drama series that is set against the backdrop of our current economic situation, where by we have seen an alarming increase of illegal commerce happening in Malaysia. Most of these increase is fuelled by the smuggling of contraband goods like cigarettes, counterfeits and pirated products. The script revolves around the a young man from a small fishing village named Amran, and his fight against the smuggling syndicate who manipulate the fishing community in his village to do their dirty work for them.

The series is the brainchild of the multi-faceted actor, host and executive producer, Jehan Miskin who will be producing and also acting as a supporting role in the series. Fronting the star-studded cast are leading actors, Pekin Ibrahim and Tiz Zaqyah who are set to bring the intense characters to life. Other casts includes Namron, Raya Ilya and Syafie Naswip. The official soundtrack for the series will be a Malay pop-rock number which will be done by Aizat Aimdan.

SELUDUP is set to be out by the end of the year and will be screening on Astro Prima and Astro Maya HD. Be on the look out for it! In the mean time, enjoy some pictures from the recent press conference of the series.

Gifted Clothing – The Resurrected Collection

After almost half a year, Gifted Clothing resurrected themselves and came out with a new collection, thus explaining the name of their latest release. The collection includes snapbacks, raglan tees, logo tees and leather varsities. Filled with reds, blues and blacks, the collection revolves around logos, numbers, type and floral motifs. Sporty yet feminine, the collection flatters both females and males.

HUNDRED% x MASSES x Yayasan Chow Kit

On the 13th of July 2014, HUNDRED% together with MASSES organized a Charity Auction where they auctioned off 14 pairs of the Air Jordan 11 Low “Infrared 23”. From that 14 pairs, we managed to raise RM12,413!!

So what did we do with that money? On the 24th of July 2014, we brought about 40 kids from Yayasan Chow Kit out to do their Hari Raya shopping at SOGO KL and also to “berbuka puasa” later on at Furama Hotel.

All of us at MASSES and HUNDRED% would like to thank the 14 individuals who bought the shoes during the auction, and to the few individuals who willingly donated even after the auction was over, thank you for your generosity! We would also like to thank everyone else who came and supported the event that day. Thank you TCT travels for providing the bus and thank you SOGO KL for accommodating us!

Air Jordan 3 “Wolf Grey” Detailed Look

The Air Jordan 3 “Wolf Grey” is one of the latest from the non-OG Air Jordan 3s to be released this year. We’ve seen a couple of Nike’s silhouette utilised the “Wolf Grey” colourway, but this is the first time the colourway being applied on this Jordan 3s silhouette. The shoe is covered with “Wolf Grey” coloured upper in both tumbled and smooth leather, while the classic elephant print gets a metallic silver treatment on the eyestay, toe and heel pieces. A visible Air-Sole unit in heel harkens to classic on-court style. The shoe is finished by a translucent outsole, which you don’t get to see on a usual Jordan 3s.

The shoe is now available at selected Nike retailers nationwide.

Nike Air Foamposite One “Concord” Detailed Look

Here’s one of the latest Nike Air Foamposite One from Nike brand. This concord foams is covered with a nice shiny black coat reminiscent of black patent leather. The shoe features a transparent blueish tint sole, royal blue accents on the toungue, heel tab and front swoosh. It is finished off by a the carbon fiber inlet on the lateral and medial portion of the sneaker.

The shoe is now available at selected Nike retailers nationwide such as Hoops Station with the price of RM729.

 

Trinni-T x VetementKL 2014 S/S COLLECTION

Trinni-T teamed up with VetementKL for their latest 2014 Spring Summer collection. The collection features a Long Sleeves St. Mary Tee and a Short Sleeves Greek Myth Tee. In this collection, the brands get their inspiration from two different religions which is Catholic and one of the character from Greek Myth. These two characters eyes are covered to bring out the message that a lot of people is actually following their religion blindly, without a deep understanding about it. They believe that just because someone is religious, it does not make that person a better person. Therefore, they hope that they can spread the awareness to the people to think individually from this collection.

Air Jordan ‘Future Flight Remix’ Detailed Look

Air Jordan reveals a new hybrid and mash up of designs in their latest release. Mixing elements of the Jordan brand, the Air Jordan ‘Future Flight Remix’ is influenced by the AJ5, AJXV and AJXX2 for its silhouette. The shoes come in a Wolf Grey and Vibrant Yellow-Black colourway as well as a Blue and Black speckled sole. Check them out below : –

Noh Salleh – Angin Kencang (Official Music Video)

Noh Salleh, frontman of local rock band Hujan released his lyric video for his first solo single about a month ago, and now the official music video is out. The video was directed by Faris of Ikanpaos Kolektif / TapauTV and shot by Fahim of Luey Motion Lab. The whole video was shot in Japan, throughout various locations. Any fan of Noh would know of the singer’s obsession with the Japanese culture, so for this video the theme of the video is made out to look like an opening sequence to an old Japanese drama or an old Japanese anime. Nike Air Flight Huarache White/Royal Blue – Purple & Black/Anthracite – Challenge Red Detailed Look

Nike released Tinker’s Air Flight Huarache in 1992, a futuristic looking basketball sneaker that did away with excess padding (as well as the Swoosh). The shoe represented a lightweight minimalist approach, and featured a stretchy interior bootie for a snug fit. It’s one of the revolutionary sneaker in the history of sneakers. Nike re-released this pair with a twist and added a more fashionable sense into it.  This time the shoe picks up on a palette that combines challenge red and anthracite, and also introduces a little bit of speckling to the bottom. Meanwhile, the other pair features a mixture of white, Royal Blue and purple.

The shoe is already available at selected Nike retailers nationwide such as Hoops Station with the price of RM409 a pop.
